Ok

So I'm finally getting around to tossing up some of the pictures from the past few months.  There's too many and my connection is too terrible to put them into one post, so over the next few days I'll be tossing them up when I can.  They cover most of Nepal, Kenya, Tanzania, Zanzibar, Mozambique, Kilimanjaro, and back to Kenya again.

Everest Base Camp.  Through a weird twist of randomness, my
trekking buddy Annabel's is dating the former Physio for the
Welsh Rugby team when Richard Parks was playing.
He happened to be at baser camp when we arrived, so we
swung through to wish him well before his summit of Everest
during his attempt at his world record 737 Challenge
to raise money for Marie Curie Cancer Care.  He's an incredibly
humble and down to earth guy.  He finished the challenge a few
weeks ago and set a new world record in the process.

Had to bribe my sponsors with candy on our
